We require a final head count 7 days prior to your event so that we can order food and provide ample staff for your event. Our price is based on your estimated number of people.  We will prepare enough food for this number of people.  If less people come to your event, you will still be charged the full amount for your estimation. If more people show up to your event than you estimated, you will be charged for those additional people.

If you are holding your event in the Helena Regional Airport Banquet Room, the airport charges $350.00 for the room rental. The $350.00 is paid directly to the airport, but if you would like us to have the charge added to your catering bill, we can do that.

Our prices are quoted as a buffet.  If you would like full service, there will be an additional $2.25 charge per person. A 15% gratuity will be added to all food and beverage charges.  A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking your event. The deposit is non-refundable.  The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your event.   A credit card is required to hold the event. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
